Adults or youth struggling with mental health symptoms
Individuals living with substance use disorders (mild, moderate, or severe)
Clients requiring residential treatment or step-down care
Medicaid recipients and uninsured individuals
Families in crisis, DSS-involved youth, and court-referred clients
Patients in need of outpatient, IOP, or psychiatric follow-up care

What Happens Next
- We review the referral within 24–48 business hours.
- Our intake team contacts the client (or guardian) to complete a phone screening.
- A comprehensive clinical assessment is scheduled to determine level of care.
- The client is placed into the appropriate program as soon as possible.
- The referring party receives confirmation and can request follow-up coordination.
