Adult Outpatient Services

What Are Adult Outpatient Services?
Adult Outpatient Services at Epic Health Partners provide a full continuum of mental health care for adults who are struggling to manage symptoms like anxiety, depression, trauma, or serious mental illness — but do not require hospitalization.
Whether you’re trying to maintain your job, stabilize after a crisis, or find consistent care that actually works, our outpatient programs offer clinical structure, therapeutic depth, and real-world flexibility.
We treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis — and we help you move from survival to stability.
Why Adult Outpatient Services at Epic Work
Clinically Led, Never Cookie-Cutter
Your treatment plan is built by a multidisciplinary team based on your needs, history, and goals — not a preset model. Whether you’re stepping down from inpatient care or stepping up from therapy alone, we meet you where you are.
Continuum of Care Under One Roof
We don’t just offer therapy. We offer integrated outpatient options across the full spectrum — from psychiatric care and crisis stabilization to day treatment and community-based supports.
Designed for Real-Life Functioning
Our services are tailored for adults who are balancing work, home, legal, or health system involvement — and need treatment that supports their responsibilities, not interrupts them.
Trauma-Informed and Judgment-Free
No matter where you’ve been, we provide care that is clinically sound and emotionally safe. You’ll never be punished for struggling — only supported in building forward.
Our Adult Outpatient Programs Include
24/7 mobile mental health crisis response for adults experiencing acute psychiatric distress. Our trained teams provide rapid intervention, safety planning, and stabilization in-home or in the community — helping prevent unnecessary ER visits or hospitalization.
Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Therapy-driven care for adults needing more support than weekly sessions. IOP includes multiple therapeutic contacts per week and is ideal for individuals experiencing moderate to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or mood instability. Structured, team-based, and goal-focused — this is where many clients begin when traditional therapy hasn’t been enough.
Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Daytime care for adults requiring daily therapeutic engagement without overnight stay. PHP is designed for individuals stepping down from inpatient care or needing intensive treatment to avoid hospitalization.
With daily group therapy, individual sessions, medication oversight, and case coordination, PHP provides a powerful bridge between crisis and recovery.
