Addiction Recovery

More Than Sobriety — A Real Recovery System That Works

When you’re battling addiction, you’re not just trying to stop using. You’re trying to rebuild your life — one decision, one relationship, one day at a time.

At Epic Health Partners, we deliver a full continuum of outpatient substance use treatment, designed to meet adults at every stage of recovery. Whether you’re newly sober, returning after relapse, or struggling with co-occurring mental health symptoms, our services are built to deliver real, measurable progress — not just check-ins.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all programs. We offer real support, real structure, and real accountability — all within an integrated care system that understands addiction is never just about the substance.

What Clients Want — and What Epic Delivers

People who come to Epic aren’t just looking for a program. They’re looking for:

A way to reduce cravings and stay sober without constant fear of relapse

Structure and support that doesn't disrupt their entire life

Clinicians who understand both addiction and mental health

Judgment-free spaces to rebuild trust, relationships, and self-respect

Help that actually sticks — because they’re tired of starting over

Why Our Addiction Recovery Model Works

Medication management is most effective when it’s part of a coordinated care plan. At Epic, our psychiatric services are tightly integrated with therapy, crisis support, and case management — creating a full clinical picture and seamless care experience.

Dual-Focused Treatment for SUD + Mental Health

We treat co-occurring mental health and substance use together — not separately. Clients don't bounce between teams. They get coordinated care in one place, from people who understand the full picture.

Medical and Therapeutic Integration

We offer everything from medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to therapy, intensive outpatient care, and recovery-focused case management. Every client’s plan includes clinical, emotional, and behavioral support.

image

Flexible Scheduling, Real Structure

Our programs are designed to support working adults, parents, and people rebuilding after legal or housing instability — with multiple levels of care to match where you are right now.

image

Outcome-Driven, Person-Centered

We don’t just want clients to stop using — we want them to stabilize, reconnect, and thrive. That’s why we measure progress, adjust care plans, and stay involved over the long term.
